In his current role he is working at the convergence of the two most powerful trends that is influencing the business landscape, Digitalization and Sustainability. He was recognized as one of the Top Green Voice by LinkedIn for 2022. Recently, Constellation Research Inc, listed him as one of the top 50 executives globally leading the charge for a sustainable future.

His work in this space of sustainability and climate change spans for nearly 3 decades across 20 countries and multiple sectors. In his previous role as Partner at KPMG, he developed the biggest sustainability and climate change consulting team across the whole KPMG network. His expertise is sought in the development of standards in the field of sustainability, and he has been a member in the standard development committees of GRI and AccountAbility. He is currently functioning as a member of the ESG advisory committee, and the Social Stock Exchange advisory committee set up by the market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). He has also worked in the task force set up by Ministry of Finance, India, for developing Sustainable Finance Taxonomy. Some of the work he has done for his clients in his earlier role as Partner at KPMG, are documented as case studies with leading academic institutes like Harvard and INSEAD.
